Tried setting up an apt for two people. Called this place and messaged them on messenger. They get back to me with a number to text. I send them photos of what we wanted done like they requested.. I also try to set up a date. They ignored the request in what day would work best for me and continued to inform me on where I should buy my hair? It was 3 days and they never got back to me on a date so I reach out to them and don’t hear back for about a day and they give me a date. I messaged them back the next morning asking if that date was still available. Now all of a sudden both party’s owed $50 to hold a slot .. I only had about an hr in a half to get back to them from there most recent message before it was no longer available. (Not sure why this wasn’t mentioned the first time we spoke?) The one service only costed $80? Doesn’t make sense . Anyways at the time they responded I was laying my son down to nap and had my phone on the charger, the owner seemed irritated that I didn’t get back to her right away and just told me the date and time was no longer available. Never offered a new date or time.. Just a careless attitude . Uninformative and just really unprofessional.. plenty of other places I could go . I just said screw it after that. I was already skeptical about calling this place after reading the reviews but it’s clear they they don’t truly value their costumers. I would never give a dime to this place.

They have stood me up twice. I would not recommend because the hair stylist may not show and doesn't even have the decency to contact you. Very unprofessional. And the 1 time I did actually get my hair done I spend $80 for a hair style that looked like a wig and barely lasted 1 week.... tried to support black owned businesses but all 3 attempts I've made here have been complete fails!!!! This is the correct salon... it's right over there near the Jackson hewitt and cititrends.... there was a lady name Ty I believe who did my hair... and I only tried again because I thought you might do better on natural hair apposed to fake hair.. I can probably still find the text messages shared between me and the person from your number if you need recipes.... why would I randomly lie on a business???? Trust me I have much better things to do with my time....

Well, I didn’t get to actually experience the place but I did get to experience the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. I called India 5 times and spoke with her each time. The first four times she told me someone would call me back. I waited days in between these calls, just to let you know. The fifth call India told me the shop was closed and she had been doing house calls. So she asked how soon I wanted to schedule and I stated as soon as she can so she scheduled to meet with me 4:00pm the same day. I spoke to her around 11:00am that morning and was so excited that I would be finally getting my hair done. I switched my schedule around to make sure I could meet her schedule. India never called me or showed up. I was very disappointed. I am posting this because of the lack of courtesy, urgency, professionalism, and out right disregard for customer service.
